Dispatch Timeline

• Orders are usually dispatched within 24 hours of confirmation.

• Delivery timelines may vary based on location and external factors.

Shipping Charges

• Shipping charges are calculated at checkout.

• Free shipping may be available on orders above a certain value (as displayed on the website).

Cash on Delivery (COD)

• COD is available with an additional ₹150 COD charge.

• COD charges are non-refundable.

Delivery Responsibility

Customers must ensure availability to receive orders. Failed deliveries due to incorrect address or unavailability may incur additional charges.

Returns & Refunds policy

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, skincare products are non-returnable and non-refundable, except in the following case:

• Damaged, defective, or wrong product delivered

• Clear video proof of unboxing is mandatory for return requests

Requests without unboxing video proof will not be accepted.

Refunds

• Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method or as store credit.

• Refunds are processed within 7–10 working days after approval.

Cancellations

• Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.

• If cancelled on the day of delivery or after dispatch, additional return shipping charges may apply.

• Yuvaa reserves the right to cancel any order due to pricing errors, system issues, stock issues, or suspected fraud.
